Your family's details, in plain English.
A kit only works because you tell us about your child, so this page says exactly what happens to what you tell us. It is written the way we write everything else: to be understood, not to cover ourselves.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what the product needs: your questionnaire answers (your child's first name, age or stage, interests, and how they like to learn), your email address so we can deliver the kit, and your messages if you write to us. We use these to build your child's kits and to reply to you — nothing else. We never sell or share them, and we never use them for advertising.
Where your answers live before you press Send
While you fill in the questionnaire, your answers are saved only in your own browser (so you can close the tab and continue later). Nothing reaches us until you press Send. The "Start over" button clears them from your browser.
Where your answers go when you press Send
They arrive in our email inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that relays the message and does not keep a copy as a database of our customers. From there, your answers are used by the small team building the kit — and by the AI drafting tools we openly say we use — solely to write your child's kit.
Payment
PayPal processes every payment directly. Your card number never touches our site and we never see it. PayPal tells us only that the payment succeeded, and PayPal's own privacy policy governs what they do with your payment details.
No accounts, no tracking
There is no account to create, no login to breach, and no analytics or advertising scripts on this site — we don't use tracking cookies and we don't watch what you do here. Fonts are served from our own site, not from Google. The one lookup we do: on your first visit, the site asks a currency service which country you're browsing from so it can show prices in your currency. That lookup doesn't identify you, and the result is remembered in your own browser, not by us. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps ordinary server logs, as every host does.
Deleting your family's details
Email us and we delete everything we hold about your family — questionnaire answers, the kit files, the correspondence. No form, no waiting period, no "are you sure" sequence. The address is on the contact page.
About your child
The questionnaire is designed to be filled in by you and your child together, and what your child tells us is used the same way as everything else: only to build their kits. We ask for a first name so the kit can be written for them — we never need or ask for a surname, school, address, or photo.
If anything on this page is unclear, or you want to know something it doesn't answer, ask us — the answer you get is the policy.
