They tell us what they're into, what makes schoolwork a drag, how they like to be taught, and how they want the kit to talk to them. We write it for them to answer themselves, and honest answers make better kits than flattering ones.

You choose their level, goals, exam board, the topic the first kit should cover, and any reading or focus needs we should design around. The questionnaire takes about 5 minutes for both parts together, and you only fill it in once per child.

The kit arrives as a printable PDF containing the teaching, graded practice, answers your child can check alone, and a mark scheme for you. You can print the PDF and hand it to your child — there is nothing on a screen, no login, and no app. When they finish the final exam-style section, they can upload a photo for us to grade.
The five steps we take to make your child's kit
An AI drafts the content so we can keep prices low. A human editor makes the final judgement. Five things happen to every kit, in order:
- We verify the topic's objectives against the official curriculum framework document — we check each code instead of relying on memory.
- We build a scenario from your child's answers using numbers and data from real-world sources, and a person approves the concept before we write any pages.
- We write and typeset the kit with worked examples first, practice that steps up gradually, and everything self-checkable.
- A reader stress-tests the kit by attempting the questions without the answers, finding every place a child could stumble.
- An editor reviews every finished page — checking the content, the layout, and whether the answers match the questions — and we ship the kit only when that review is clean.
Kits map to your textbook's structure but never copy from it — every question is written from scratch against the official syllabus.

How is this different from a worksheet pack — or from asking ChatGPT?
Our kits differ in three ways:

What does the price include?
You receive a printable PDF of 10–50 pages. The length follows your child's profile, not a fixed template. It contains the teaching itself (not just questions), practice that steps up from guided to independent, a mixed exam-style set, answer pages your child can check alone, and a mark scheme for you with the working shown. The exam-style section also includes a QR code to submit their work for expert grading.
How long until the kit arrives?
The kit arrives by email within three days of your questionnaire, and usually sooner. Later kits are faster because the profile already exists — the 2-minute top-up is all we need.
How do I pay?
You pay on the same page, right after sending the questionnaire. We accept any credit or debit card — you do not need a PayPal account, even though PayPal processes the payment. We build the kit once payment is in. For your security, PayPal processes the transaction directly — we never even see your card details.
Is my child supposed to work through it alone?
Yes, we design the entire kit around that constraint. We teach every method before testing it, your child can verify quick checks on the spot, and the answer pages show the working so a wrong answer points to the step that slipped. An adult nearby is welcome but never required.
What if I'm rusty in the subject myself?
The questionnaire asks who will be involved when your child works. If the honest answer is "an adult who is rusty in this subject," we lean harder on answers the child can check alone and on mark-scheme notes that explain, not just state.
Does an adult ever need to mark anything?
Almost everything is self-checkable — quick checks carry their answer on the page, and the full answer set shows the working. A few questions can't work that way: questions marked on the quality of an explanation, rather than a single right answer, require a human reader. When a kit has these, it says so directly on the page and points to the exact mark scheme page with model answers — no subject expertise required, just five minutes reading what your child wrote against what the mark scheme says a good answer includes.
Do you cover our exam board and textbook?
Any board — Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA, OCR and others; we build kits to order against whichever official framework your child follows. If you name your textbook, the kit maps to its structure so practice lines up with the chapter your child is in. We never copy from the textbook: every question is original, written against the syllabus itself.
What happens to what we tell you about our child?
We use your answers only to build your child's kits. We never share or sell them, there is no account or login to breach, and we delete your family's details if you ask us to.
What if the kit misses my child's level?
Tell us what was off — too easy, too hard, too much reading, wrong emphasis — and we rebuild it once, free. That feedback also tunes every kit after it, which is the point of the 2-minute check-in we send with each kit.
Is this "learning styles"?
No. The visual/auditory/kinaesthetic theory isn't backed by research, so we don't use it. Instead, we personalise things that actually work: your child's current level, how much step-by-step help they need, the question formats they enjoy, and the real-world topics they find interesting. But we never drop exam-required formats — the kit always practises exactly what the real paper will ask.
What's the evidence behind how a kit is built?
Our kits rely on a few key design choices, each grounded in established research rather than house style:
- Personalized context: We build every kit around what your child enjoys; research shows personal interest sustains engagement.
- Worked-example effect: We place every worked example before the practice question, freeing cognitive load for new concepts.
- Fast retrieval: Quick checks sit close to the tested material and show answers immediately, strengthening memory better than re-reading.
- Clean typography: We use a plain sans-serif typeface with generous line spacing and one idea per page to focus attention on the content.
Which subjects and ages?
We offer kits for Mathematics, English, Science, and Physics at all levels from age 11 through to A-level. One profile covers one child in one subject; a second subject is just a second 5-minute questionnaire.
How do later kits work?
Each kit comes with a 2-minute check-in about how it went — what your child finished, where they got stuck, what they said about it. We adjust the next kit based on that feedback, not just from the original questionnaire, so the fit improves kit by kit. Ordering the next one is the 2-minute top-up.
How does the grading feature work?
Every kit includes a final exam-style section to test what they've learned. While we provide a mark scheme for you, we also offer expert grading. There is a QR code on the final page—scan it to open a secure link where you or your child can upload photos of their work. We grade it and send it back to you with feedback the very next day.
